JCC Golden Age Club – 70th Anniversary Continues
The Golden Age Club is a program of the JCC Princeton Mercer Bucks and Abrams Camps. The Golden Age Club provides a place for socialization, education and entertainment for those in their golden years. Our seniors enjoy speakers, celebrating Jewish events and a sense of community.
Today’s program focus:
“Kindness and Compassion”

As the Holidays approach, it is a good time to reflect on two beautiful gifts –
gifts which we so often give to others, but which we all too often deny ourselves –the Gifts of Loving Kindness and SelfCompassion.
We have lived our lives generously loving and serving our families, friends, communities. But often forget to care for one precious person – our own self!! Today we will learn how Self-Compassion can gift us with peaceful, comforting, and mindful ways to manage and cope with the stresses and challenges of our every day lives. Self-Compassion can be our compass to guide us to inner peace, safety, health, and positive wellbeing as we look forward to 2023!
