Unify Our Community

We celebrate Jewish life together as one Jewish community.

We bring together Jews from different demographics and towns, without regard to affiliations, to build a stronger Jewish Greater Mercer community. We fund community-wide gatherings and programs that celebrate each family’s and individual’s unique Jewish journey and our shared Jewish history, culture, and tradition.

The Jewish Federation, through collaboration with local agencies and synagogues, created a community-wide chanukah celebration spanning 8 nights and bringing our Jewish community together.

The Federation sponsored a multi-day, community-wide Sukkot celebration that brought attention to causes such as hunger, homelessness, sustainability, and resettlement of the refugees.

We support the next generation of Jewish youth leaders, philanthropists, and activists through local and community-wide Jewish experiences. We collaboratively develop and fund youth engagement programs that reinforce Jewish values and connect Jewish teens locally, in Israel and around the world.

The Jewish Federation, in partnership with the JCC Princeton Mercer Bucks & Abrams Camps, launched J-TEEN CLUB, open to ALL Jewish teens in grades 6-8. The program is funded by the Jewish Federation and removes the financial barrier to participation. Teens can chill with friends and make new ones monthly in a safe environment led by seasoned youth leaders. Activities range from in-person meet-ups to off-site excursions.
