The Jewish Federation raised more than $103,000. Collectively, 146 Jewish Federations raised over $60 million for 46 NGO’s who are helping Ukrainian refugees including The Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI), The American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), and World ORT; as well as United Hatzalah, Hillel International, Nefesh B’Nefesh, HIAS, the Israel Trauma Coalition, Hadassah Medical Organization, Chabad, Shma Israel, Project Kesher, JCC Krakow, and Jewish Community Vienna.

Distributions of funds have focused on humanitarian aid and rescue operations, trauma relief and medical care, refugee resettlement and aliyah and absorption in Israel.

Funds raised are also supporting the Jewish Federations’ creation of a first-of-its-kind central volunteer hub to provide much-needed services on the ground through our partner aid organizations. 64 Russian-speaking volunteers have already been deployed to Budapest, Warsaw and the Ukraine border.

Thank you to our amazing community for their generosity during this crisis. If you’d like to contribute to our effort, tap HERE and contribute to our annual campaign. Funds will be allocated to continue our efforts to support Ukrainian Refugees.
